Using reporting/LeadPointSummary.aspx

The Lead Point Summary report is a diagnostic report that summarizes lead point activity for a selected ping tree and date range.  Use this to monitor lead point performance and to look for opportunities to improve the configuration of your ping trees.

Query Criteria

Select a roll up level (Daily or Monthly) plus a time zone, Start Date, and End Date.  The Start Date is inclusive while the End Date is exclusive.  For example, to report against a single day's worth of data select that date for the Start Date and the following date for the End Date.

Next select a ping tree.

Finally enter the number of minutes that you allow for a redirect link to be followed in order to count it as a valid redirect.

Report Contents

The report header displays the selected ping tree, time zone, and date range.

The report footer displays the report generation date and time and the page number.

The detail shows each date and lead point in the order that it was configured in the ping tree at the time that the report was generated.  This is not necessarily the same thing as the order in which each lead point was considered to be posted due to our weighted random ordering feature, e.g.

Considers is a count of how many times this lead point had a chance to receive a post before any filters, daily capacity limits, or duplicate rules were considered.

Posts is a count of how many times this lead point actually had a lead posted to its interface after any filters, daily capacity limits, and duplicate rules were checked and all of the conditions passed.

% Posted is the ratio of Posts to Considers.

Revenue is the total revenue booked.

Rev/Post is the ratio of Revenue to Posts.

Total Ms is the total millseconds of processing and wait time over the reporting period.

Avg Ms is the average millseconds of processing and wait time over the reporting period.

Redirects is the total number of redirects that tracked through the system.
