Submitting a Support Request
This page allows you to request technical support assistance from the TSL Ping Tree staff.
Request Support Tab
If your subscription plan does not include free support, the "Account Overview" section will show how much support time you have available and what the minimum amount of time is necessary to open a ticket. If you do not have any time available, you will not be able to enter a support request and will be given a link to purchase support time.
Request Technical Support
If your subscription plan includes free support or you have purchased support time available, you will be shown the "Request Technical Support" section. To request support, enter a subject and description of your issue and press the "Submit Request" button.
Open Tickets Tab
This tab shows the ticket that are opened by you. Note that tickets opened by other members of your organization will not be shown here.
